A few reminders about how to use the media provided.
Photos: Use the caption provided to ensure the photo is described correctly and the photographer is recognised.
Written materials: We want to ensure communications about the Project are accurate, therefore, the preference is that a Client not shorten materials or make new marketing materials. However, if you do so, then provide Everland the opportunity to review those materials to ensure they accurately reflect the Project.
Videos: Utilize as provided and if they are shortened, coordinate first with Everland.
All Media: Utilize updated materials when provided. Clients typically have a two year license starting at delivery of the carbon credits for use of materials. If you have any questions about how to use the materials, please reach out!
